WE
KNOW COOLANTS
Product Number: DASORANGE1
DASCOOL® DASORANGE
TM 100% Concentrate Coolant is
specifically formulated to meet or exceed OEM specifications.
1 litre of concentrate will make over 4 litres of coolant when diluted 30/70
using soft water, DASCOOL® DASORANGE
TM is the modern technology
requirements of all diesel passenger cars, SUV, 4x4, Light Commercial and Heavy
Duty diesel vehicles.
Guaranteed to protect for up to 15 Years or 1.2 million kilometres or 12,000
hours.
Benefits
Protects the cooling system from from freezing, overheating, prevents rust and
corrosion from forming in the cooling system.
Will not harm metal, rubbers, plastic and every other material that is in
conjunction with the internal areas of a cooling system.
Suitable for Dodge, Ford, Holden, Jeep Mazda vehicles and any other cooling
system that contains a orange OEM coolant.
Use as an OEM replacement coolant or can be used as a top-up for an OEM
coolant.
Provides maximum anti-freeze/anti-boil protection.
Ensures total anti-corrosion protection for the entire cooling system.
Exceeds Australian AS 2108-2004 Type A standard, plus international and national
vehicle industry standards.

DASCOOL®
MAXCOOL® Antifreeze | Coolant
Changing Your Antifreeze
And Coolant.
DASCOOL® MAXCOOL®
knows how crucial routine maintenance of your cooling system is to the life of
your vehicle. To properly maintenance your vehicle, follow the steps below.
If your coolant looks dirty, you need to replace it.
Dirty coolant is no longer effective, which means corrosion, rust and damage
happen more rapidly, along with reduced fluid flow and the risk of clogging.
Drain and fill and flush and fill are the correct ways to deal with dirty
coolant.
Check your manufacturer’s maintenance schedule for more information.
DRAIN the cooling system to remove loose rust and sediment from the
radiator. Follow owner’s manual.
FLUSH the cooling system using clean water only. We do not recommend to use
any cooling system cleaners.
FILL with DASCOOL® or MAXCOOL®
concentrate and distilled/de-ionized water to achieve the freeze-up/boil-over
protection.
Top-off:
Low coolant means less heat transfer, which in turn risks the engine
overheating.
Too much coolant also risks damage to the system, as coolant needs room to
expand when cold.
Without this room, parts can become cracked and damaged. Make sure you regularly
check your reservoir, and top off to the fill line as needed.
For Vehicles with Expansion Tank:
REMOVE pressure cap WITH THE ENGINE COLD.
Once you have pre-diluted DASCOOL®
or MAXCOOL® coolant, fill the
cooling system with the 50/50 or 30/70 mixture of Antifreeze/Coolant to “cold”
fill line.
REPLACE cap securely.
For Vehicles with Recovery Bottle and Pressure Cap on Radiator:
REMOVE radiator cap WITH THE ENGINE COLD.
Pre-diluted DASCOOL® or MAXCOOL®
to a mixture required and fill the Antifreeze/Coolant within one inch
[25mm] of the top of the radiator cap.
TOP OFF recovery bottle to “cold” fill line.
For Australian conditions We recommend a 30/70 mixing ratio.

Safety Direction / First Aid
SAFETY DIRECTION: : Harmful if swallowed. DO NOT SWALLOW. Keep out of reach of
children. Not to be used as a food container.
If spilt on paintwork, wash off immediately with water.
To protect the environment, dispose of used coolant in a safe manner or as
advised by the Environmental Protection Agency.
FIRST AID: If poisoning occurs contact a doctor or the Poisons Information
Centre in Australia 131 126 or New Zealand 0800 764 766. If swallowed, do NOT
induce vomiting. If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously
with running water. If skin contact occurs, flush with running water.
